A message to our clients:

As some of you may know, at this time we are closed to the public entering our building (walk-ins). This is for the health and safety of our clients and staff and to practice social distancing, as recommended by the CDC and IDPH.

We are only able to offer a few specific services to the public at this time, which are provided on an appointment-basis ONLY and deemed urgent or emergent situations, until further notice.

If your appointment meets the criteria to be seen, we will contact you to confirm your appointment, otherwise please assume your appointment has been canceled.

Currently, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all of our phone lines are being reserved for public health emergencies only. If you have a question or concern that has not been addressed by this message, you may call us at 217-465-2212 and leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we are able.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

As a health department, it is our responsibility and priority to prevent the spread of disease and protect public health. COVID-19 is an evolving pandemic and requirements and restrictions may change at any time. We understand this may be frustrating and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Please continue to monitor our Facebook page or this website for the latest information concerning this matter. We will post updates once we are able to resume full services.
