The Edgar County Dental Clinic team are visiting Clark and Edgar County schools this fall to provide services for PreK-12 graders. 
A reminder that you can still sign your child up if we have not visited your school yet. If you would like to do so, please reach out to our office at 217-466-3565 or contact your school nurse to receive a school consent form. Don’t forget that Kindergarten, 2nd, 6th, and 9th graders are required by the state to have a completed dental exam form by the end of the school year.
