The CDC continues to recommend that people who have been exposed to COVID-19 quarantine for 14-days from the last exposure.  CDC recently released guidance that would give states and local health departments the option to reduce quarantine times in certain situations.  At this time, the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) has not adopted any new quarantine guidelines.  The Edgar County Public Health Department is an agent of the state and, as such, will follow IDPH directives.
